About me

I was born in 1996 in Yeovil, a town which I lived in for most of my life and I am hugely passionate about.

Having always had an interest in writing, I took part in creative writing classes at primary school and also began penning blogs about football. This is something that I still do, although I hope I’ve improved since then!

After leaving school I decided to go to Strode College in Street to complete my A Levels. This meant a daily two-hour round bus journey, but the experiences and skills I gained made the travelling worth it.

I am currently studying Journalism at the University of Portsmouth. The course is challenging but enjoyable, and Portsmouth is a fantastic city to be in. Living with my beautiful girlfriend helps as well!

Some of my interests include films (especially the works of the legendary Nicolas Cage), British Invasion music (especially the proper cheesy stuff like Herman’s Hermits and Freddie and the Dreamers) and football (especially the mighty Yeovil Town).
